Robert Hartley was born in Yorkshire, England.
Robert was born in 1890. His parents were James Hartley and Grace Bragg. He was christened on 5 April 1790 at All Saints Church, Wakefield, Yorkshire.[1]
Robert married Charlotte Shaw on 29 April 1822 at Wakefield, Yorkshire,[2]
