Joseph Hartman was born in 1753, in Virginia Maryland or Germany.
His father was Johann Matthias Hartman, born 1726 in Wittenburg, Hannover, Niedersachsen, Germany. Death 28 May 1787 Pikeland Township, Chester, Pennsylvania, United States. And his mother was Anna Margaretha Moses . Marriage 18 September 1739 Ilbesheim, Bayern, Germany.
His grandparents are listed here [1]
He married Mary Henley and they had at least nine children.
Joseph died 1831, Washington Co., Tennessee.
