Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!
Pre-1700 ancestors can be shared by many descendants, so collaboration is essential. You can learn more about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ.
The Germany Project might fit your current research focus. If not, use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find other possibilities. Review the project page to learn about resources and guidelines as well as how to collaborate with the project members.
Have questions? Ask in the comments section of my profile.
Remember to cite reliable sources in pre-1700 profiles you manage, or edit. (See: Pre-1700 Reliable Sources).

I am pleased to welcome you to the WikiTree family, your contributions will go a long way to joining the world together.
It is best to start with the New Member How-To pages, they will save you a lot of time and frustration. Have a look at our Sources page it is also helpful.
Thank you for adding your DNA to WikiTree. Getting the Best from DNA will tell you more about how DNA kits are used on WikiTree.
I am here to answer any question you have, no matter how trivial you may think it is. There is no such thing as a silly question. Please add as much information as you can, it all helps to turn a “name” back into a person. I hope you enjoy the site as much as I do.
See you in the branches.
Laura ~ WikiTree Greeter 🙂
I have been lucky. My Mom, her Aunt, and with the support of my family, I have been entrusted with stories, photos, and family records. They do not connect me with Kings and Queens of Europe but to stonecutters of Germany, long before there was a Germany. I only hope that my family records will help someone else in our community, or if I have made a mistake, I can correct it.

That's lovely. We need to honor the stonecutters and farmers and teachers and pastors.
One of my favorite things about WikiTree is the it's ONE tree. I have had distant cousins that I didn't know add a picture or story to a shared great-grandparent. What a joy to collaborate on a project like this.
By the way, if you could hit the underlined grey "reply" button under my comment when you want to reply, I will get a note. Otherwise, I don't know that you are talking to me.
:)
