Biography

Mark Haskell, the son of William Haskell and Mary Tybbott, was born 8 Apr 1658[1][2] in Gloucester, Massachusetts,[3][4] the first of their children to be born in their West Gloucester home.[5][6]

Mark married Elizabeth Giddings on 16 Dec 1685[5] in Gloucester, Essex, Massachusetts.[3][7] Mark and Elizabeth had the following children:[1][2][8][9]

  • George, b.18 Oct, d.10 Nov 1686;
  • Mark, b.16 Sep 1687, d.25 Aug 1775;
  • William, b.1 Jan 1689/90, d.10 Feb 1766.

Mark died on 8 Sep 1691[2] in Gloucester, Massachusetts.[1][3][10] Probate was opened on 3 Nov 1691.[11]
