Edward Hastings KB is Notable.
Edward Hastings was born on November 26, 1466 in Kirby Muxloe Castle Kirby, Leicestershire, England. His parents were William Hastings and Katherine Neville.
He married Mary Hungerford between 1478 and 1480 daughter of Sir Thomas Hungerford of Rowden and Anne Percy, daughter of Henry Percy, 2nd Earl of Northumberland, and Eleanor Neville.
Together they had 3 children:
- William
- Anne Hastings
- George Hastings
18 Apr 1475 Knighted order of the bath with (Prince of Wales)
In 1502 he leased the manor of Bibbesworth to Sir Thomas Frowyk, whom he made steward and bailiff. [1]
He died on November 08, 1506 aged 39 and was buried at the Blackfriars, London.
