Biography
The Will of Michael Willoughby of Risley, Gent., made 30 December 1591 has bequests to his (Michael's) brother George Willoughby plus 'John Willoughby the son and heir of the said George Willoughby and Frances Hawes the daughter and heir apparent of Henry Hawes and now wife of the said John Willoughby'. Frances was buried at Wilne in Derbyshire on 21 November 1602 - the parish register records the burial - 'Mystris Wiloughby'
