Biography

Robert de Haia was Lord of Halnacre by grant of Henry I. [1]

In the Lindsey survey (1115-8), the fee of Colswain was in the possession of Robert de Hai, whose tenant of 7 bov. in Fristhorpe was William son of Anschetill.[2] The late Mr. W. O. Massingberd adopted this William son of Anschetill as the progenitor of the Kyme family. [3]

De St Sauveur-4 and Haye-105 appear to represent the same person because: http://fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/normabc.htm#RanulfLaHaye

Only one Robert, always known as Robert de la Haye. "De St Sauveur" seems to be just a mistake that's snuck in somewhere up the line.
