Biography

Elizabeth Haynes was born in 1814 [1], in Ohio County, Kentucky. She was a daughter of John Barton Haynes (1782–1863) and Rhoda A. Huff (1782–1845).

She married George Washington Brooks (1815–1900). This family was enumerated in the 1880 census as residents of Whitesville, Daviess County, Kentucky, USA [2].

Elizabeth (Haynes) Brooks passed away in 1886. Her grave is in Panther Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Whitesville, Daviess County, Kentucky: Find A Grave: Memorial #31011060
