Mrs. Virginia Anderson died suddenly Monday night at 6 o'clock from a heart attack at the home of Mrs. Irving Edwards, Adamstown. Mrs. Anderson was eating supper when stricken.

She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas L. Hays, Adamstown, and is the last member of her family. Her only survivors are several nieces and nephews. She was aged 79 years.

Funeral Thursday morning at 11 o'clock from the home of her niece, Mrs. J. W. Brown, Adamstown, with services in the Episcopal church. Interment in Beallsville cemetery.
