Biography
Elizabeth was born about 1835. (The date is estimated using Charles' age and date of second marriage.) She married first unknown Cantor. Elizabeth Heath then married Charles Casimir Stewart Howe in the Church of St. George Everton on 20 June 1861. The marriage record lists her as the widow Elizabth Cantor, and her father as Francis Heath, an army officer. [1]

She is probably the sister of his first wife, whose father was a Lt. Col Heath, according the the Howe Genealogies.
