Biography

Frederick was born in 1741. He passed away in 1817.

Frederick served a term of Duty under Captain James Patterson against the Insurgents in Pennsylvania and was determined to be a good soldier. He was Discharged on 27 Feb 1795. Given the timeframe, He could have been serving during the American Revolutionary War. [1] Looking at the historical evidence, it's more likely these insurgents were part of the Whiskey Rebellion in Western Pennsylvania during 1791 to 1794.

This (unsourced) genealogy suggests that Frederick married someone named Ester "Rachel" Peck about 1772. Ester,a daughter of Garrett Peck, was born about 1754. - https://hackerscreek.com/norman/HEAVNER.htm
