Grizel Henderson is the daughter of Sir James Henderson, Third of Fordell and Lady Jean Murray. Grizel married Alexander Douglas, 9th of Mains, son of Malcolm Douglas, 8th of Mains and Janet Cunningham, after 1592 at Fife, Scotland.

Children of Grizel Henderson and Alexander Douglas are:
