-“As to my Orphan Lad Daniel Young I leave him under the guardianship & tuition of my Father in Law and desire he may be set free at the age of seventeen years a cow & yearling to be delivered to him at the age of sixteen and I do give & bequeath out of my estate to him ye said Daniel Young one thousand pounds of tobacco.”
