Jasper was born between 1874 and 1879. His Texas Death Certificate and his headstone give two different birth dates. His parents are Tom Henderson and Melvina Aley.

Jasper married Gracie Bell Robertson on September 15, 1900, in Henderson County, Texas, United States. They had 13 known children.^[1]

He passed away on February 9, 1952, in Henderson County, Texas, United States, and is buried at King Cemetery in Henderson County.^[2]
