He, the son of Isaac Hendryczen and Willepe Ryder, was baptized in 1747 in Wolver Hollow, Queens, New York.[1]
Research Notes
Isaac Hendrickson was probably the Isaac Hendrickson, Jr. of South Hempstead, not to be confused with the Isaac Henderickson of Jamaica. On 9 October 1784, his widow was granted Letters of Administration, Isaac having died intestate. Please note that it was not uncommon to interchange the names Hannah and Anna at the time.[2]
To Anne Hendrickson of South Hempstead in Queens County Widow the Relict of Isaac hendrickson Junior late of the same place yeoman deceased
There was also another Isaac Hendrickson of South Hempstead who died in 1787. His will mentions wife Elizabeth, several children and at least one grandchild who was an executor of his will, so an adult. This Isaac would not be old enough in 1787 to have a grown grandchild.[3]
