Note N941856 - Son Frederick's BR gives "Boston [Dorchester]" as her place of birth, son Charles' BR gives "Somerville" and MR gives "Somerville." No Ellen Henry appears in the MA Archives birth records 1851-1860. Need to check Somerville, Cambridge, Boston and Dorchester city records.

1870 Census not checked.

1880 - Residence at time of marriage was Boston, MA.

1900 - Census - found with John E. Spencer and two sons in Holbrook, MA.

1910 - Census - found in Holbrook as Helen Spencer, age 53, with both sons (E.D. 1111, Sh.3a, Ln.13).

1920 - Census - found as a patient at Taunton State Hospital, age 62. No info on parents on the census form.

1924 - Died in Taunton State Hospital after 13 year confinement.
