In 1880 he was living with his parents and sister Finetta, in village of Reaville, but close to Ringoes, in East Amwell, NJ, listed as age 8. Curiously, he was living next to the household of Judson Dalrymple, who was a distant cousin to his future wife Mary Dalrymple.

On 09 Aug 1890, he was married to Mary Ann Lockwood Dalrymple.

In 1900 he was living in Branchburg, Somerset County, NJ. He was listed as age 28 with no occupation listed. His wife Mary A. is listed as 32, and they'd been married 10 years. They had one son, Charles, living with them, age 13. Their nephew, Howard D. Eick (born Oct 1879) was also staying with them, as well as a boarder named James D. Graham (16, born Jan 1884, a farm laborer). They were living next door to Mary W. Henry (53, widowed) and her son Russell G. Henry (12, day laborer).

In 1905, he was living in Flemington, NJ. He's listed as 34, a farmer, renting a house. He was living with his wife Mary (38), and son Charlie (18, a farmer as well). They were living a few houses down from the James Miller household, father of Edna Miller who would later marry Charlie.

In 1910, he was living in Branchburg still, renting a farm. He's listed as 40, a farmer. There's a note about what kind of farm but I'm unable to read it. He's living with wife Mary (43, married for 23 years), son Charles (22, a farmer as well), and a hired farmer Jon Pat Polemer (28, married), who was born in Russia and immigrated in 1906, who's first language was Polish. They are living near a Miller family, including D.S. Miller, Junnie Miller, and Edna Miller, but I don't think this is the Edna Charles went on to marry.

In 1915, he is listed as Frank, age 44 (born Oct 1970), occupied as a farmer, renting a farm in Readington Township, Hunterdon, NJ. Living with him is his wife, Mary A.L. (48), son Charles E. (28, farm laborer), Charles' wife Edna E (21), and their daughter Shirley E. (1 1/2).

In 1920 he was listed as a worker at a rubber mill, age 48, renting a home at 305 Walnut Ave, Trenton, NJ, living there with his wife Mary (52), and a boarder, George L Leyder (51) from Massachusetts.

He died by suicide a few weeks after his mother passed away, in his home at 346 Whitehead Rd, Hamilton Township, NJ. He is buried at Union Cemetery, Ringoes, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, USA.
