Ann Henry daughter of Joseph Henry and Cynthia Herbert. parents died when she was young and George Bohanon was Guardian . Ann married William Cloyd Wilhite  : 27 JUN 1845 in White County-Rev Thomas Stone.

Research Note

July 1835 It APPEARING TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE court that William Bartlett one of the security of George Bohanon guardian to the minor heirs of Joseph Henry deceased has removed beyond the limits of the State of Tennessee it is therefore considered by the Court and so ordered that the said William Bartlett be released from all future liability therein and that the said George Bohanon guardian as aforesaid be ruled to give new security for said guardianship. This day personally appeared in open Court Anna Henry and John M. Henry two of the minor heirs of Joseph Henry deceased who being of proper age for choosing their Guardian did each in the presence of the Court select and choose George Bohanon to be their Guardian who being present in open Court and together with William Bartlett and Samuel Madewell entered into and acknowledged bond in the sum of seven hundred Dollars conditioned as the law requires. This day George Bohanon was appointed Guardian to William Henry, Rebecca Henry, Eliza Jane Henry, and Wamon Henry four of the Minor heirs of Joseph Henry deceased who being present in open Court together with William Bartlett and Samuel Madewell entered and acknowledged bond in the sum of fourteen hundred Dollars condition as the law requires.
