Mary was born on 15 December 1903 in "Ballydrum" in the Swinford Superintendent Registrar's District,[1] with Ballydrum apparently encompassing the adjoining townland of Cloonacannana where her family was enumerated in 1901[2] and 1911.[3] She was the daughter of John Henry and Anne (Neary) Henry.[3]
On 2 April 1911 Mary F. (age 7) was living in Cloonacannana, Mayo, Ireland. Relation to Head of House: Daughter.[3]
In the 1940 census Mary F. (age 36) was living in Newark, Essex, New Jersey, USA. Marital Status: Single. Relation to Head of House: Housekeeper.[4]
