Allery-5 and Henry-819 do not represent the same person because: not even same name

Allery-5 and Henry-819 appear to represent the same person because: same parents, same birthday, same name except one is a dit name. Please check French Canadian naming conventions - i believe that dit names are not part of LNAB

Are John Henry and brother John Dit Allery possibly the same person?
