Biography
Lucy, daughter of Sibyl de Neufmarché and her husband Miles of Gloucester, married Herbert FitzHerbert of Winchester, by whom she had issue.[1]
She inherited one third of the barony of Miles, when all her brothers died and it was divided between her and her two sisters. Her part included Blaen Llyfni.[2]
Lucy of Hereford, Lady of Blaen Llyfni and Bwlch y Dinas died in 1219/20.[1]

- Herbert FitzHerbert, 2nd son, was an adult by 1161-2. He married Lucy Of Hereford, daughter of Miles of Gloucester (also known as Miles FitzWalter, 1st Earl of Hereford, by Sibyl, daughter of Bernard de Neufmarche. They had two sons, Peter and Matthew. Herbert FitzHerbert died shortly before June 1204. His widow, Lucy was living 1219 or 1220.
