July 3, 1763 -- Dorothy Hershberger was born at Frederick, Frederick County, Province of Maryland. ^[1]

March 21, 1782 -- Friedrich (Frederick) Kämpff (Kemp) and Dorothy Hershberger married at the Reformed Church, Frederick, Frederick County, Maryland, USA. ^{[2] [3]}

Friedrich (Frederick) Kämpff (Kemp) and Dorothy Hershberger had nine children. ^[4]

February 17, 1814 -- Friedrich (Frederick) Kämpff (Kemp), age 67 years and 6 days, died at Rocky Springs, Frederick County, Maryland. ^[5]

Frederick's will specified that it was the will of Frederick, son of Gilbert, rather than one of Frederick's other relatives. He left his entire estate to his wife "Doratha." ^[6] Dorothea was the sole heir of Frederick, without even an "if she remarries, she loses use of the property" clause.
