Mary (known as Mamie) was born in St. Paul in 1880, the daughter of Ferdinand "Fred" Hester & Margareth "Maggie" Deis.[1] She was educated through 4 yrs of High School. In 1900 her family lived at 634 Dayton Ave, St. Paul, Ramsey, MN. At age 19, she worked as a Copy Holder.
She married John A Diethelm of Laketown Twnshp, MN on 10/21/1903 in St. Paul, Ramsey, MN. Son of Mike Diethelm and Mary Dohman.[2] In their first year of marriage, they hired Henry Dols to build their new house in Victoria.[3]
I don't think Mamie and John had children. Mamie passed away in 1969 and is buried in St. Victoria Catholic Cemetery in Victoria, MN.[4]
