Arthur M. Hibbard Jr. was born on 4 Sep. 1923 at Binghamton, Broome County, New York.[1] He appeared on the census of 10 April 1930 in the household of his parents, Arthur Morgan Hibbard and Mary Frances (Stiles) HIbbard, at Vestal Road, Vestal, Broome County, New York.[2] He appeared on the census of 2 April 1940 in the household of his parents at 130 Robinson St., Binghamton, Broome County, New York.[3] He began military service in the US Army on 8 Jan. 1943. He ended military service on 15 Jan. 1946.[4]

He married Eva J. Przywara[1] circa 1950.

He was an Associate Professor[1] circa 1985.

Arthur died on 27 Jan. 2006 at Fletcher Allen Health Care, Burlington, Chittenden Co, Vermont, at age 82 and was buried at Hillcrest Cemetery, Huevelton, St. Lawrence County, New York.[1]
