Lucy Hebbard or Hibbard was born on Jan 27, 1753 in Windham, Connecticut. She was daugther of Samuel Hebbard and Mary. ^[1]

Lucy married Zebuon Hibbard in Windham, Connecticut on Apr 18, 1776. ^[2]

Her husband died Mar 1, 1811 in Randolph, Vermont. ^[3] Lucy died on Nov 17, 1829 in Randolph, Vermont and is buried at Randolph Center Cemetery. ^[4]
