Biography

John HICKOCK was born 18 Nov 1696 in Waterbury, New Haven, CT and was christened 20 Dec 1696 in Milford, New Haven, CT.

Children: Benjamin (1739), Mary (1737), Timothy (1729), Thankful (1722), Hepsibah (1726), John (1734), Reuben (1731), Ruth (1740).

He moved from Durham to Wallingford, Meridan, thence to New Cambridge now Bristol, CT; he was a Congregationalist while in Bristol, but became Episcopalian.

Burial: Old Episcopal Cemetery, Bristol, Hartford County, Connecticut, USA
