Biography

Phebe (Hicks) Watson immigrated to New England as a child during the Puritan Great Migration (1621-1640).

Phebe Hicks was baptised on 15 March 1614 at St Mary Magdalene, Bermondsey, Surrey, England.[1][2][3]

She emigrated with her mother Margaret and siblings (Samuel, Ephraim, Lydia) arriving in June 1622 following her father by a year. [4]

Phebe married about 1635 to George Watson (birth of first child in 1636).[5]

Phebe Watson died on 22 May 1663 in Plymouth, Plymouth Colony.[6]
