Biography
Robert was born about 1931. His obituary says that he was the son of James Hicks and Lena Gladwell. He passed away in 2004 [1].
A dedicated, lifelong law enforcement professional, he retired as a Captain from the Oklahoma City Police Department in January 1983. He is buried in Oklahoma.
