Research Notes

''2022 Note from Peggy Nagle. There is a source that shows a Sarah Pomfret marrying a Charles Hicks in Virginia. No record of marrying Benjamin Hicks. There is another spousal connection to Mary Ann Mariner. No sources available to support this record. More research is needed to verify the accuracy and dates of both spouses.''

2022: Still looking for the grave site of Benjamin Hicks. It is likely in Prince Edward County.
