Biography
Agnes was born in 1846. She is the daughter of John Higgins and Janet Laurie.
There is a report in the Dungog Chronicle on 2 Nov 1894 that she was suffering from diptheria.[1]
DEATHS.
BELL.-October 3, 1928, at her daughter's residence, Mrs. A. M. Clarke, 7 Royal-street, Chatswood, Agnes Fraser Bell, widow of the late Norman Bell, of Barrington, N.S.W., In her 84th year.[2]
