Asenath Higgins was born in Eastham, Massachusetts, in 1726, the daughter of Ebenezer and Abigail (Cole) Higgins.[1]
She married in 1749 to James Atwood.[2] They had at least one son, Barnabas, born in 1750, and possibly two others.
She passed away in 1759.
