Biography

Yvonne, the daughter of and Joseph Giguere and Lena Clukey, was born in 1905 in Dexter, ME where she grew up.^[1]

Yvonne and Frederick Vincent Peters, Sr. were married on December 25, 1928 in Dexter, Maine.^[2][3] They had three children: Frederick V. Peters, Jr., Joseph J. Peters^[4] and Yvonne M. Peters.

She spent the majority of her life raising not only her three children, but also fostering numerous child in their New Rochelle home. ^[5]

Yvonne passed away on July 21, 1992, in Bangor, Maine^[6] and was laid to rest at Mount Pleasant Cemetery along with her husband Frederick Vincent Petres, Sr. (Row 17, Lots 57 & 59).
