   Robert Bowers, 61, arrested on the charge of stabbing his former son-in-law, Bert Claggett, was given a suspended $50 fine and 30 days in the Columbus workhouse. He denies the stabbing but Claggett and his daughter both testified to the cutting. The event occurred at the home of Miss Mildred Claggett, who had a made a home there for her father and grandfather, who are both unemployed.
