Biography
Henry was born about 1816.
2nd Marriage
Henry Higgins and Eliza Quelch were married after bann at St Nicholas, Ibstone, Oxfordshire on 30th June 1844.[1] They were both of full age. Henry was a widower, living in Hambleden, working as a labourer and the son of Joseph Higgins who was also a labourer. Eliza was a spinster living in Ibstone and the daughter of Thomas Quelch who was a labourer. The witnesses to the marriage were George Brown and Harriet Quelch.[2]
