Biography

Troy was a farmer in Morgan and Magoffin Counties. He married Bonnie Lindon around 1916. The couple lived near Saylorsville in Magoffin County, Kentucky, until 1944, when they moved to Berea, Kentucky. Their children were Lindon, Seldon, Byron, James, Fanny, Melvin, Joseph, Hubert Raphel, Glenn, Julian, Bertha, Thelma, Dorothy, John Dave, and Chandler. Troy died in 1960 and is buried in the Berea Cemetery.
