Biography
John Higgins was born in 1837 in Stoke Orchard, Gloucestershire, the son of Neighbour Higgins and Kezia (nee Cresswell) Higgins[1]
At the time of the 1841 Census John is living with his parents and siblings in Bishops Cleeve, Gloucestershire[2]
At the time of the 1851 Census John is living with his parents and siblings in Bishops Cleeve, Gloucestershire[3]
In 1858 John married Mary Woodward in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire[4]
John Higgins died in 1917 in (probably) Charlton Kings, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire[5]
