Biography
Samuel Lewis was born in 1891.[1] H married Essie Madge Murphy in 1918.[2] They were living in Missouri in 1920.[3] Lewis passed away in 1922 and is buried in Norton Cemetery,[4] in Norton, Norton County, Kansas, United States.
