Ann married Thomas Pleydell of Ampney Crucis. This marriage was recorded on a plaque erected in the church at Coleshill in Berkshire by Sir Mark Pleydell Bart in 1787, to the memory of Thomas Pleydell and the rest of his male line ancestry. [1]
Ann died in December 1599 at Ampney Crucis in Gloucestershire and according to her husband's will was buried in the church of Holyrood Ampney. [2]
