Elizabeth (Hill) Rowe was born in Devon, England.

Elizabeth Hill was the wife of John Rowe of Lamerton, Devon. Their date and place of marriage are unknown, but an estimated marriage date of about 1545-46 can be made based on the christening date of their oldest known child.
