Is there a particular reason that Grace's maiden name is given as Hillier, rather than Hiller? The colonial era sources I've found all list her has Hiller, and the Wikitree biographies for her and Theophilus Eaton (as well as the Wikitree entry for Eaton) consistently give the name as Hiller. I understand there is some speculation (but nothing I've seen any evidence for) that she was related to miniaturist Nicholas Hilliard, but don't feel that justifies the Hillier spelling. I don't want to edit it if there is a legitimate reason for the Hillier spelling, but if there is, I'd like to see it provided somewhere in the bio. I'm a descendant of Theophilus and Grace, and searched for her profile under Hiller and didn't find it, so searched for Theophilus Eaton, after I looking for her on the FamilySearch tree and finding parent connections for her that make no sense (the mother listed there was supposedly Swiss, married with two children, then somehow married the man they believe is Grace's father, died the year Grace was born, then proceeded to have five more children posthumously with the Swiss husband - in Switzerland!).

No reason. The TAG article that proved the ancestry of Theophilus Eaton also spells it Hiller. Her name would be known only from a single record - her marriage record in 1622 where it is apparently Hiller.
