Husband of Rayetta Theodora McPherson Hilton. They married on Aug. 13, 1939 in Seneca Co., OH. Son of Jacob J. (Jabe) Helton & Sarah Cordelia Beal Helton. Father of 7 children and grandfather of 14 grandchildren. After his parents died, he went to Seneca Co., OH to live in the Jr.O.U.A.M. orphanage and changed his name spelling to Hilton.
