Research Notes

"Also living in Charlotte Co. from 1800 until his death in 1810, was a Revolutionary War veteran named Henry Hines, Sr., a native of Campbell County, whose brother, James Hines was killed in the War. This Henry Hines was twice married, left 13 children, including a Henry, Jr. but several of the sons emigrated to Kentucky before 1818; this family tree has been published in booklet form, "Henry Hines, Sr. (1732-1810) and Descendants" by JD Hines, Jr and JA Stewart."[6]
