Census record disagree on Anne's place of birth. The 1870 Census has Tennessee; 1880 - Mississippi - 1900 - Tennessee.
The 1870 Census of De Soto Co., MS, listed 25 yr old Henry, 21 yr old Ann(sic) and 4 mo. old son, William Vinson in house no. 129. Also listed next-door, in house no. 130, were 42 yr old Mary Hines, who I believe was her widowed mother, along with Mary's other children - 20 yr old William, 14 yr old Mary, and 8yr old James Hines. The Census stated that Mary, William, and daughter Mary were born in Tennessee, and only James was born in Mississippi. Therefore Anne would have also been born in Tennessee.
Anne and her husband are buried in Rowell Cemetery, Cleveland Co. AR.
