OBITUARY
MR. A. E. HINES.
Mr. Albert Edwin Hines, father of Mr. V. K Hines, of Wyalong, died in the Young District Hospital.
Deceased had spent most of his life on the land. He was born at Mittagong on April 3, 1870, his parents being the late William J. and Martha Hines. At the age of 26 he was married at Young to Miss Lucy Ann Lemon, who predeceased him.
Surviving are three sons and a daughter— Herbert (Melbourne), Victor (Wyalong), William (Young) and Ethel (Mrs. E. J. Sell, (Young).
Mr. Fred Hines (Gordon) is a brother of the deceased. There are three sisters—Rachael (Mrs. Carr, Parramatta), Clara (Mrs, Jacobs, Harris Park), and Kate (Mrs. Williamson. Harris Park).
The funeral was held on Saturday, his remains being interred in the Church of England portion of the cemetery after a service at the Methodist Church. Rev. A. A. Parsons officiated. The three sons and Mr. E. Sell (son-in-law) acted as pall-bearers.
