Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.
Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.
If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free-Space Profiles.
Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a Unresponsive Profile Managers for resolving those unfortunate situations.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page. Shayne ~ WikiTree Mentor
Maybe now that you are confirmed, using the features up in the TABS above ( like building your family tree is the green tab) and also checking out the menu in the upper right hand corner top , you will become more familar with time. I know it took me a few weeks to get the hand of the wiki aspects. Please do not hesitate to ask for help .
We hope you will like our collaborative genealogy community. You now have full access to all the features of WikiTree.
If you need any help getting started, make sure to read How to use WikiTree for Yourself.
We do emphasize entering Sources at WikiTree as well as dates and locations as you build your family tree here.
Thank you and if you have any questions , please feel free to ask .

You clicked on the volunteer button indicating that you would like to collaborate and add information, but I am not sure by your comment that you intended to do this. If it is correct please leave another comment here on your profile and one of the Greeters will be happy to add you as a member of WikiTree.
If you are just looking for family or other researchers working on the same names as yours, use the surname search function at the top of the profile page. You are welcome to do this as a guest.
Wikitree Help has a lot of useful information you might want to review. Or, someone might be able to point you in the right direction at our G2G Forum with any questions you might have.
If you would like to become a full member please read our Honor Code and then volunteer with a comment. We will be happy to add you as a full member of the WikiTree Community.
