Rhoda (Hitchcock) Bush was born in Essex, England.
Rhoda Hitchcock's first marriage 9 Feb 1836 at All Souls District Rectory in St Marylebone, Langham Pl, Westminster was to James Sharp, witnesses Oliver Hitchcock and John Paux as per All Souls Marylebone Film 0580898. Entry states marriage by banns, both were of (living) All Souls, Westminster. Entry located July2012. Oliver Hitchcock was christened to parents Edward and Mary Hitchcock at Southchurch, Essex.[1]
Rhoda Hitchcock's second marriage was 19 March 1838 by Vicar ?H Grant? to George H Bush, a laborer, at Dartford established parish church, both signed full names, witnesses names near illegible but mark of David Morin? and whsand? Both full age, residence "Lowfield" for both bride and groom; his father George Bush, hers Edward Hitchcock, both fathers were laborers. [2]
Rhoda's death 3 Feb 1878 Lewisham [3] aged 63.
Her estate probated left 100 pounds to husband George Bush. Address 3 Lewis Grove, Lewisham. [4]
Rhoda was recorded on the English census records 1841-1871 inclusive.
Rhoda's burial February 1878 at the Ladywell Cemetery, Kent, England. [5]
