Biography

Elizabeth Hitchcock, the daughter of Matthew and Elizabeth Hitchcock, was born June 4, 1651.[1] In January 1672 at New Haven, Connecticut, she married Anthony Howd.[1] He died 2 June 1676 at Branford, Connecticut.[1] On August 22, 1677 she married John Nash at Branford, Connecticut.[1][2]

In May 1678, the Connecticut General Assembly approved the sale of land to her late husband Anthony Howd, she was now Elizabeth Nash, wife of John Nash.[3]
