DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Jacob by comparing test results with other carriers of his ancestors' Y-chromosome or mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Jacob:

Hite-498 and Hite-121 do not represent the same person because: Very different dates, nothing in common

Hite-272 and Hite-121 appear to represent the same person because: Hite 272 is all unknowns except the parents, which are the same as Hite-121.

The occurence of the James is Hite 272 should not be a barrier, it is an English variant of Jacob see http://www.behindthename.com/name/jacob/related
