Biography
William Hite is a part of US Black heritage.
William was born in 1878. He passed away in 1922.[1]
He married Martha Alice Rice February 6, 1901 in Brunswick, Brunswick County, Virginia.
Together they had the following children, Lillie, William, James, Lillian, Burnett, Bernard, Burtha and Anna Pearl Hite. Hite was a farmer. Hite died from neurosyphilis which is syphilis which has spread to the brain. In 1923 his wife Martha married Robert Willis Morgan who became the stepfather to two of his children. Hite is the maternal grandfather of actor, comedian Bill Cosby Jr.
