Mary was the daughter of William Hoadley[1] and his first wife, name unknown.[2]

Marriages

Mary married three times.[3]

  1. She married, as her 1st, to Jonathan Frisbie.[1] Jonathan died on 7 April 1695 at Branford.[4]
  2. She married in May 1696 at Branford, CT, as her 2nd, to Robert Darby.[1]
  3. She married, as her 3rd, and as his 3rd, to Nathaniel Finch (his 2nd was overturned by the court).[1]

Her will is dated 13 April 1737 and proved on 19 February 1741/42. Her date of death 15 May 1737 was recorded in the heading of her inventory with was recorded on 20 February 1741/42 in Stamford.[5]

Mary passed away on 27 January 1721 in Stamford, Fairfield County, Connecticut followed with burial at the Stamford Burying Ground in Stamford, Fairfield County, Connecticut.
